to provide exactly the services the city requires while rigorously

managing costs and ensuring regulatory compliance. For some

cities, the focus is on treatment plant operations, rigorous

preventive maintenance, and outstanding professional and technical

personnel. For others, our contract operations are more extensive,

and include O&M for entire systems, including pipeline,

storage, and pumping facilities, supporting capital improvement

programs, or even meter reading and billing services.
