Alliance Water Resources has promoted three employees. Dale Wagner has been promoted to president, Sandy Neal has been promoted to vice president and director of business development and human resources, and Ann Perkins has been promoted to director of finance. In addition, immediate past President Gary Anger has assumed the role of chairman of the board.
