LOCATION: Ralls County, MO
The Local Manager II supervises the operation and the maintenance of the water and wastewater utility, to ensure systems are in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations. Prepares drafts the annual budget; controls inventory and the expenditure of budgeted funds to ensure divisional goals are achieved. Evaluates work of supervisors and administrative staff and reviews work of all employees. Attends and/or facilitates monthly client board meetings and assures that the needs of the client are met in compliance with contract obligations and the policies set by the client.
Missouri “B” level Water Operator and Missouri “C” level Wastewater Treatment certification. Knowledge of water systems, ability to read maps, general computer knowledge. Experience with the startup of a water treatment plant a plus.
High School diploma/GED, one year of specialized training in water/wastewater desired, and seven years of progressively responsible experience in water systems and/or wastewater treatment and distribution systems including at least three years of supervisory experience. LOCATION: St. Charles County, MO
Performs maintenance and repair relating to wastewater facilities and equipment. Cleans and maintains assigned facilities including office, shop and grounds; Performs cleaning, painting, yard repairs, mowing, trimming, etc.
Previous experience in wastewater/water with some electrical background.

LOCATION: Cape Girardeau, MO
This is manual work involving the maintenance and repair relating to water and/or wastewater facilities and equipment. This position provides training and direction to an assigned crew.
Basic computer skills, equipment operation and supervisory experience

Reads water meters, records results, and verifies registers to bill customers accurately and in a timely manner by driving and/or walking on assigned routes; locates and uncovers meters as necessary. Normal work schedule Mon-Fri 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to walk 1-2 miles at a time. Some basic computer skills. Class E driver license.

LOCATION: Bowling Green, MO
This is manual and skilled work assisting in the effective operation of water production facilities to insure production of safe, potable water. The work is performed under general supervision and requires the ability to perform independently when needed. Operates water production facilities including record keeping and maintenance; observes flows, chemical feed and effluent quality making changes as directed; monitors and adjusts water levels, flows, and pressures to meet demand; drives vehicles to work-sites and/or transports sludge as needed.
Missouri Class “C” Water Treatment license and Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
